Public Speaking Coaching for Roswell Students

Roswell has sent students to every Rhetrix cohort. Parents here are deliberate about what they add to a schedule — which is why they tend to stay once they see what five sessions builds.

Why Roswell families choose Rhetrix

Roswell students come from Centennial High School, Roswell High School, and Milton High School, depending on where they fall in the county lines. Rhetrix groups students by developmental track — not by school affiliation — so a Roswell student in the Rise Ready track will be alongside peers from across the region who are in the same communication moment.

Some Roswell families come to Rhetrix after their student has done theater or debate and they want something different. Rhetrix isn't debate and it isn't theater. It's communication coaching — built around the real situations your student will face: college interviews, group presentations, job conversations, and moments where something is actually at stake.

The drive from Roswell to Woodstock Community Church is about 20 to 25 minutes. Rhetrix summer camp runs on consecutive weekday mornings, and fall/spring cohorts meet once a week for five weeks — a schedule Roswell families have found easy to fit alongside existing activities.

Common questions from Roswell families

What Roswell parents ask us most.

How is Rhetrix different from debate club or theater programs?

Debate is focused on argumentation structure and competitive formats. Theater is focused on performance and character. Rhetrix is focused on communication presence in real-world situations — how your student handles a college interview, a group presentation, or a conversation where they need to be taken seriously. Different skill set, different outcome.

What Roswell-area schools are represented at Rhetrix?

Students from Roswell High School, Centennial High School, and Milton High School all attend regularly. We also enroll students from Roswell-area middle schools. Students are grouped by track — grade-based — across all schools.

How far is the drive from Roswell to Rhetrix?

Summer day camp at Woodstock Community Church is about 20 to 25 minutes from central Roswell. Fall and spring cohorts meet at North Fulton partner schools, which may be closer depending on your specific location.

When during the year does Rhetrix run?

Summer day camp runs in June and July — five consecutive weekday mornings per camp week. Fall cohorts run September through November, one session per week. Spring cohorts run February through April. You can see specific dates and available spots on the calendar page.
