Returning Student

Once a student completes a cohort, every future enrollment for that student is 10% off. Applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Sibling

Already enrolled one child? A 5% discount is automatically applied to every sibling enrollment.

Referral Code

When you enroll, you get a personal referral code to share. Another family gets a 5% credit on their first cohort, and you earn a referral credit every time a new family enrolls with it — 3 credits is a free Focus Session, 5 a full 1:1 hour, 10 a cohort seat. Unlimited uses, no expiry.

One discount per enrollment. If more than one applies, the largest is used automatically. The exact amount is shown in the checkout summary before any payment is collected.

One coach. One student. All attention.

All 1:1 work is with me directly — no contractors, no assistants. Pay per session ($200 virtual, $250 in-person), or commit to the 6-Session Pack up front for a lower per-session rate in either format — the discount comes only with the pack. In-person sessions are held at my Woodstock location; not local, or prefer to skip the drive? Virtual over Zoom works from anywhere.

How to pay

Simple, secure checkout.

Two options at signup: pay in full today, or put $200 down and let the card you paid with cover the rest. The balance is charged 14 days before your cohort’s start date, and never less than 7 days after the reminder email is sent — if that reminder goes out late, the charge date moves later, never earlier. Payment is processed through Stripe's secure checkout. The exact charge, including the card processing fee, is shown before you confirm.

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover accepted through Stripe's secure checkout. A standard card processing fee applies and is shown before you confirm payment.

Refund policy

Straightforward and written down.

$200 deposit is non-refundable

The deposit holds your seat and covers reserved capacity regardless of cancellation.

Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before

Cancel more than 14 days before your cohort starts and we'll refund the full remaining tuition balance.

50% refund if you cancel 7–13 days before

Cancel 7 to 13 days before your cohort starts and we'll refund 50% of the remaining balance (beyond the $200 deposit) to your original payment method.

No refund within 7 days of start or after the cohort begins

Cancel fewer than 7 days before your start date, or after the first session has run, and no refund is issued. Tuition is fully earned at that point.

Weather and emergency cancellations: credit forward

If a tornado watch or ice event forces a session cancellation, all tuition is credited forward to your next available session. Credits are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Extension requests: support@rhetrix.com.

If a cohort doesn't fill: full refund, credit, or reassignment

We run with as few as 5 students. If a cohort doesn't reach 5 and cannot run, enrolled families receive a full refund including the deposit, or a full credit toward a future session, your choice.
