About Noah

“This is what I would want for my kids.
Now it's for yours.”

Noah Bryant, Founder

My coaching foundation started in Boy Scouts, where I earned my Eagle Scout rank by leading new scouts through advancement, hosting rank interviews, running troop training sessions, and organizing multi-day backpacking expeditions where real communication under pressure was required. Those years built the instincts I later sharpened through college, enterprise sales, and youth ministry — before I formalized them into Rhetrix. It's the program I went looking for and couldn't find — so I built it.

The story

How Rhetrix happened.

I started speaking in front of rooms at a young age. Church first, then school, then sports teams, then sales floors. None of it was natural at the start. Somewhere in there, a few adults sat me down and gave me the actual mechanics of being in a room. That changed everything.

Years later, I work in enterprise tech sales. The skill my company pays me for is the same skill that adult taught me. Speaking clearly. Reading rooms. Saying the hard thing kindly. Building trust. Delivering a clear message. I've been coaching that same skill, in teams, small groups, and one-on-one, since my days leading at Georgia Tech.

When I started looking for a program like that for the next generation, I couldn't find one. Debate clubs, sure. Toastmasters, sort of. Polished competition prep, definitely. But nothing built around authentic presence for a normal 6–12th grader. So I built Rhetrix.

Today, families drive to Rhetrix from across North Atlanta. Alpharetta, Roswell, Milton, East Cobb, Marietta, Woodstock, Kennesaw. Some come from further out. That's not a marketing stat. It's where the students sitting in the room actually live.

Every student leaves with the same thing: confidence that was built, not borrowed, and a real sense of how to read and hold a room. Students get judged on presentations, interviews, and leadership moments nobody ever trained them for. That gap is the one Rhetrix exists to close.

Rhetrix is the program I wished I'd had. It's the program I want my kids to grow up around. And it's what I'm proud to offer your family.
