For co-op leaders and parent volunteers, printed once and run all season: a weekly speech club for 6 to 20 students with no speaking expertise required. The ground rules, the pod method, a sixty-minute template, eight ready-to-run sessions with the three hardest teaches fully scripted, printable student handouts and feedback cards, a skills tracker, parent email templates, a recruiting blurb, the showcase, and a Season Two outline.
